A concise description of current data processing. Updated July 27, 2026.
1. Account and device
Sign-in and access management process the email address, verification status, session tokens, device identifier, platform, OS and app version. Device identifiers also enforce the 5-device limit.
2. Trial and subscription
GRANI stores trial and subscription status, access dates and purchase identifiers needed to verify Google Play purchases. GRANI does not receive full bank-card details.
3. VPN sessions
The service processes the selected server and protocol, connection timing and state, error codes, request IDs and technical tunnel parameters needed to operate the connection.
4. Technical logs
App and API infrastructure may process IP address, user agent, API URL, time, HTTP status, diagnostic connection events, timeouts and reachability checks for security and troubleshooting.
It would be imprecise: technical records exist. GRANI does not claim to build a browsing-history profile, while exact retention periods for every technical category still require operational verification.
